What we collect and what we don’t.

This is the plain-language version of what our website actually collects and does with that information. We’re a well drilling and pump service business — we collect what you give us when you ask for an estimate, we use it to call you back about that estimate, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:
We collect this so we can call or email you back about your project, schedule a site visit, write you an estimate, and (if you hire us) coordinate the work.
Standard web server access logs: IP address, browser type, time of visit, pages viewed, referring website. We use this for security (spam form submissions, attack detection) and to understand which pages are useful.
The information you give us through the contact form is used only to:
We don’t use your information for marketing email. We don’t have a list. If you call us, we’ll call you back. That’s the entire relationship.
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. The only third parties that handle your data are the services that run our website:
If we ever need to share information with anyone else — e.g., to comply with a court order — we’ll only do so to the extent legally required.
This site doesn’t set first-party tracking cookies. We don’t use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools.
Contact-form submissions and email correspondence: as long as we’re in active conversation with you, plus a reasonable period (typically up to seven years) for warranty questions, returning customers, and tax records. After that we delete them. Web server logs are typically rotated and deleted after 90 days.
Nevada residents have specific privacy rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, including the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we don’t sell any, but the right exists). Contact us at (775) 882–9052 to ask about, correct, or delete information we hold about you.
This site isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top for at least 30 days.
