By using this website, you agree to these terms. Most of it is common-sense — we’re a well drilling and pump service business, this is our website, and these are the conditions under which we publish it.
Estimates from the contact form aren’t binding contracts — we’ll come look at your job and write a written estimate in person. Photos are examples, not guarantees. Don’t use this site to do anything illegal. Nevada law governs these terms.
This website is published by W M Blain Well Drill & Pump, Inc., located at P.O. Box 1255, Carson City, NV 89702. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean WM Blain; “you” and “your” mean any visitor to this site.
This site provides information about our services, service area, and how to reach us. It’s informational. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of service or a guarantee of price or outcome for your specific project.
If you submit our contact form, we’ll respond and arrange a site visit. Any pricing we discuss before that site visit is approximate. Our binding written estimates come after we’ve walked your property and seen the conditions. Written estimates we deliver have their own validity periods and conditions on the estimate itself. Once signed, the estimate governs the work, not this website.
We try to keep this site accurate and current but we can’t guarantee everything is up-to-date at every moment. If something looks wrong, please tell us — we’ll fix it.
Photos are examples of the kind of jobs we do. They’re not guarantees that your project will look identical, take the same time, or cost the same. Every well and every property is different.
You may use this site for its intended purpose. You may not scrape, bot, harvest data, submit false information through the contact form, attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security, or use the site to violate any law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Carson City or Washoe County, Nevada.
